About Us

     Our journey began in Texas where we decided that we loved to travel and wanted to make money doing so. We started with oversized loads and special requests when we came across the RV industry. We began hauling RV's for another transport company and loved it so much we asked our children to move up here and help start up the small family business that we have today.

     We found that when driving across the country we did not appreciate being told where we had to go. We have made this a mission for our company by not forcing drivers to take certain loads. We try to operate on the basis of "do a favor for us and we'll do a favor for you". There are times when you will be able to go wherever you like and there are times when you might not have as many options, but it is always your decision. 

​

     We value the relationship we have with our family and understand that being on the road most of the time takes away from our driver's time with their family. At any time a driver needs to get home, we will do everything in our power to get them loads going as close to home as possible.

​

     Something else that we found annoying was the expense of using a payroll debit card. Why should some third party company get any of our income? So, we determined that if we paid the drivers directly to their personal bank account, it would allow them to decide what fees they wanted to pay.

​

     By hauling RV's ourselves, we are well aware of the cost of maintenance to the driver's trucks. This prompted us to team up with local businesses to provide discounts on oil changes and tires, two of the most common maintenance expenses for drivers.

     At Standard we treat everyone like our adopted family and appreciate their hard work and dedication to supporting our Little Family Company from Texas!
